Terms & Conditions

1. Service Activation

Clients are required to WhatsApp or call us at 8771 0201 two (2) days in advance, between 10 AM to 5 PM to activate food delivery service.

2. Package and Payment

The total fee of the package mentioned in ‘Deposit Paid’ and ‘Outstanding’ shall be paid in full to LADY MOON PTE. LTD. in the following manner:
 

  • A deposit of the package stated in ‘Deposit Paid’ shall be paid in full upon the confirmation of booking the services.

  • The balance payment for the packages stated in ‘Outstanding’ is to be made on the first day of delivery before 3PM. Payment can be made via internet banking transfer.

  • For Signature Trial service, full payment is to be made by 3pm one day before delivery.

  • LADY MOON PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to terminate the service if payment is not made on time.

  • Only one promotional code or promotional price is applicable at a time and therefore cannot be combined with other offers and is strictly not allowed to be exchanged for cash value.

  • Any Promotional Code can only be used by each customer once.

9. Others

  • Please be reminded the thermal bags are to be returned to our delivery personnel on a daily basis. For every thermal bag that is misplaced or damaged, there will be a charge of $10 imposed per thermal bag.


  •  It is recommended that customers consume the food according to the meal timing printed on the thermal bag. Please note that the meal schedule is intended as a guideline only, and customers are recommended to follow their medical physicians’s advices on diagnosis or treatment before making any diet, medication or lifestyle changes


  • Lady Moon Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change, add, or delete any terms and conditions herein, without any prior notice.

8. Menu Changes

Menu is subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen seasonal factor and market fluctuation of the ingredients.

1. Service Activation

7. Service Disruption

Service will be disrupted on the Eve of Chinese New Year and the first two days of Chinese New Year. Meals will only be delivered to customers who booked Chinese New Year Package with a surcharge. Otherwise, the meals for the aforementioned 3 days will be refunded or, and the meal delivery service will be extended for three more days after the initial service end date.

6. Delivery Arrangement

  • The delivery of lunch will be delivered between 10 am - 1 pm, and dinner will be delivered between 4 pm - 7 pm.

  • a. A $5 surcharge applies for every delivery trip within CBD areas.

  • b. A $10 surcharge applies for every delivery trip to Sentosa.

  • c. For Trial meals, $20 surcharge to Sentosa applies.

  • Non-delivery areas: Delivery services are not available in Jurong Island and Tuas areas.

  • Delivery service is not available to campus, office towers/shopping malls.

  • Delivery service is not available for residential addresses above shopping malls.

5. Extension

  • Extension of services will be revised & recalculated according to the package price.

  • Payment must be made in full two (2) days prior to service extension.

4. Cancellation

  • There will be NO refunds & replacements for a last-minute cancellation.

  • The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation of services.

  • The Client must call us two (2) working days in advance, before 3 PM to notify of cancellation.

3. Services

Termination of Services:

  • Client must contact us at 8771 0201 two (2) working days in advance before 3 pm to notify about the termination of service. If the Client decides to terminate the package after the meal service has started, the Client will be charged for the consumed meal(s), and the remaining balance
    (if any) will be refunded.

  • Deposit is non-refundable, and the balance payment will be pro-rated according to the number of meals that have been delivered.
    An administrative fee of $50 will be charged upon service termination.

  • In the event the Client intends to terminate this agreement due to medical reasons (with doctor’s letter), a full refund will be issued,
    excluding the admin fee charge of $50.

Service Downgrade:

  • Prior to service commencement: Revert to original package price without any discount or promotion with the admin fee charge of $50.

  • After service commencement: Each consumed and the remaining meal will be charged $38.50 and an admin fee of $50 will be imposed.
    Any discount or promotion will not be applicable.

Service Upgrade:

  • For upgrading of meal package, Client will need to WhatsApp or call 8711 0201 two (2) days prior to service commencement with full payment made on the same day.

Service Reservation:

  • Order reservation is only valid for up to four (4) months after the booking has been made by the Client (date according to deposit receipt date) after which, it is deemed as void and cancelled.
