  • Why should I choose Lady Moon Confinement Meals?
    Our meals are crafted to provide the best nutritional value and nourishment for post-partum mummies and aid you in your recoveries after childbirth.
  • Are your confinement meals suitable for mummies who had gone through C-section?
    Yes, our meals are suitable for all mummies regardless of birth methods.
  • What is included in each meal set?
    You’ll receive a one-pax portion of staple, vegetable dish, meat dish, herbal soup and red dates tea in each meal set.
  • What packaging do you use for your meals?
    Our meals are delivered using tiffin carriers (thermal tingkat) to ensure your food is delivered warm. However, trial meals and last meals are delivered in disposable containers.
  • Are your meals Halal?
    Unfortunately, our confinement meals are not halal.
  • Can I exclude certain foods from my meals due to allergies or preference?
    Yes, you may exclude certain foods, but such is subject to feasibility. For e.g. we would be able to exclude seafood but would not be able to exclude foods like ginger or sesame oil as these are paramount in our menu to provide you with the best nutrition.
  • Can I add on a portion of the same meal for my husband?
    Yes, we do allow add-on of a bento of same meal at $15 per meal, but this add-on would be without red dates tea.
  • Where do you deliver to and are there delivery fees?
    We do not deliver to Sentosa and Tuas areas. For deliveries within CBD, we do implement a $5 surcharge for each meal delivery. Apart from the above, the rest of our confinement food package prices are nett.
  • When is the delivery time?
    Lunch will be delivered between 10a.m. to 1p.m., and dinner will be delivered between 4p.m. to 7p.m.
  • How do I make a booking, and do I need to pay instantly?
    You can make a booking on our page using the “Book Now” tab or simply WhatsApp us at +65 8771 0201. We will collect a deposit of S$200 and the rest of payment is due upon delivery of your very first meal.
  • After booking, how do I activate my service?
    To activate your service, simply contact us at +8771 0201 one day in advance.
  • Can I skip my meals?
    Yes, absolutely! If you would like to skip your meal delivery service for certain days, simply WhatsApp us at +65 8771 0201 two day prior, before 3p.m. Meals that are skipped will be replaced on another day.
  • Can I cancel my package and get a refund after placing deposit?
    We have a strictly no refund policy for cancellations. Once packages are cancelled, they would not be reinstated.
